1. Local data on your device
Open the iOS app and go to Profile, then Privacy. From there you can clear:
- The current plan you are working with.
- All saved plans.
- Your taste profile (the preferences you picked during onboarding).
Each action shows a confirmation step before it removes anything. Clearing local data does not require a network connection.
2. Server-side data
The only personal data Circa stores on its servers today is a Premium-waitlist email, if you submitted one. (Some short audit rows used for rate limiting are also stored, but they contain an anonymous device identifier and a hashed IP, not personal contact information.)
To delete, export, or correct server-side data, email us at:
What to put in the message
To help us match the request to your record, please include:
- The email address you used (this is what we look up on our side).
- The request type: delete, export, or correct.
- If you want a correction, a short note about what the corrected value should be.
We will reply to the email address you wrote from. Please give us a few business days to confirm.
Uninstalling the app
Removing the Circa app from your device also removes the local data described in section 1. It does not remove any server-side data on its own; use section 2 for that.
